A two-day orange harvesting fair has begun in Dhankuta, the national orange breeding research program aimed at promoting agricultural tourism and visit Nepal 2020.
The orange fair is organized with the aim of promoting orange farming, propagating things that can be done in a new way in agricultural tourism, and informing the people who have developed and researched the research center and the techniques and varieties.The orange fruit harvesting fair, which starts today, will run till Thursday. According to the National Orange Breed Research Program, Dhankuta, this year, the fair is being organized as the tourists pick up their own orange due to the arrival of the tourists at the time of the orange ripening.The goal of the office is to bring in more than 2,000 internal tourists at the fair, said Roshan Paka, a scientist at Dhankuta, a national orange breed research program. Entrance fee of Rs 100 per person is fixed before going to pick up the orange and Rs 50 per person for the kindergarten.
There is a crowd of orange pickers at the fair after going to the garden and getting their fill of orange food by going to the orange vote. Visitors to the fair are happy to pick up oranges and eat their fillings. Such fairs will help promote tourism in the country, he said.The fair was inaugurated by Chief District Officer Dr. Krishna Bahadur Ghimire.
