Increased rape cases in Dhankuta-INSEC report

     Nepal Human Rights Yearbook 2020 for Human Rights and Social Justice: Annual Review Program, held today in Dhankuta.
The Informal Sector Service Center (INSEC) has publicized the incidents of human rights and social justice in Dhankuta through the annual review program from January 2019 to December 2019.

Informal Sector Service Center (INSEC) district of Dhankuta has the number of killings 4, number of beatings 1, incidents of attempted murder 2, incidents of domestic violence and polygamy 1, rape cases 3, incidents of attempted rape 4, civil and political rights incidents 2 and incidents of abusive behavior 2. Representative Ishwar Thapa made the report public.
Chief District Officer Dr.Krishna Bahadur Ghimire said that the chief guest should be determined to prevent human rights violations and incidents of violence in Dhankuta district. Chief Guest, Chief District Officer Ghimire said that the incident will be coordinated with the concerned agencies.
The program was organized by Chief District Officer Dr. Krishna Bahadur Ghimire at a program organized by Informal Sector Service Center (INSEC), Dhankuta.
